Preview for YoU!

So we are alive and kickin'! :) We have been super busy. . .and when we aren't, we love to play or lay around and do nothing!! And that nothing includes not blogging. So I have offically sucked at the 365 project! Forgive me?! Thanks!

I have a ton of pictures from different things and lots to update on as far as Eli's health issues. I promise I will do that soon. But right now I will leave you with a few pictures. I am tired and need to sleep, before Izaak decides he wants to hang out again!

photoshoot for Nana's (she would kill me if I told you how old she is..even though she looks amazing) Birthday

Izaak LOVING his new (but used to be eli's) Jeep. I am so thankful for this little boy. He is the happiest baby alive.

Eli's first day of school. He got a "happy." He was so proud. I don't know why he got a happy...his teacher gives them out for all kinds of stuff, and they get to pick where they want the stamp, and they all always pick their foreheads. I will chat about Eli and school later :) It's a work in progress, but he's getting so much better!

After a long test and a 4th trip to Clarian North...Eli and I stopped for lunch at O'Charley's one day. Love spending time with him :) He is tooo much fun!

MY BaBiEs :)

Here's a comparison for you of the boys. On the left is Eli from last years fair he was 6 months old and on the right is Izaak from this years fair and he is 3.5 months old. (and they are about the same size in these pictures...but 2.5ish months apart) love it. They look so different, I think!

YOUR iNDiANA STATE FAiR

The State Fair always falls around the time of my moms birthday and we usually make it a family affair and attend. This year was especially fun because of Eli's age, and his new found obsession with animals and just social events all together. This year it worked out to where we actually went to the fair on my Mom's birthday, Sunday. It was hotter than hell, but we had fun! (There was actually a nice breeze, that made it tolerable, and a lot of the buildings are air conditioned!!) We had to take 2 cars because of all of us that went, and I had the 2 baby seats in my car....and my dad parked on the WRONG SIDE of the fair(in my opinion), making it so the animals were the last things for us to see...and Eli was sooo tired by then...he actually fell asleep at some point thru the barns...I forget which barn we were in! We had a really fun time though!
Then last night was $2 Tuesday. It was $2 to get in with a coupon and a lot of the food booths had samples of their food for $2. Let me tell you--->NOT WORTH IT. I will NEVER do that shit again! My GOODNESS! I promise that the lines were about 50-100 people deep. You should have seen the line for the fried vegtables and the elephant ears. I don't want anything that bad...ever. It was just too crowded. I promise every person from the state of Indiana was present at the fair last night. It was terrible. They can take my $8 next time(regular price to get in), because $2 Tuesdays is for the birds. Phew! Here are some pictures from both trips!! :)

Now these pictures are hilarious, of the boys in their shirts. My parents and I laughed at some of them because they just tell the story of these boys futures.....Eli will be laughing his rear off while Izaak is scared out of his mind. You'll see what I mean in a minute :) Love these little guys so much though, I could explode!

My sisters made my parents stand in the "prom pose." Hilarious. Mom (obviously) wasn't feeling it. Dad was too funny!

This picture is a complete and total FAIL. hahahahaha. I wanted Eli to put his head into hole to be a cowboy. But he wouldn't do it and paytons head is sticking out of the top. so funny. I love random pictures like this.

Feedin the animals. He thought it was hilarious.

This was my most favorite game ever when I was a kid ( Please Note: I had no idea there were rides at the state fair until I was 14 years old. I don't know if I didn't pay attention, or if I didn't care...but I"m pretty sure my parents did all they could to make sure I thought they were broken or only teenagers could ride on them. So I had to enjoy the simple games...like the duck game! :) )

This man was NUTS. Funny but NUTS. Everytime someone would get a ball into the bowl he would run over to them and start screaming "WHAT'D YOU WIN?!?! A FISSSHY FRIIIIEND!! FISSSHY FRIIIIEND" over and over and over again. It was hysterical. Payton and Joelle won 4 fish..and Payton also collected 2 from Sunday when we went. So...we went home with 6 fish that Eli wanted to carry the whole time. We had to keep telling him that they were going bed, so he would stop hitting the bags. hahahahaha.

I adore this picture of payton and eli. (below) she is the greatest aunt in the world to my boys and they ADORE HER. she is 14....and when the rest of the world is obsessed with their friends, she is obsessed with her nephews. somedays i couldn't make it without her. she is amazing, and i'm so thankful for her.

Eli loves ducks/goose/rabbits. So he really liked this barn.

So kinda pissed, because its the "Year of the Pig" and they have hardly any freaking pigs at the fair. But we found this big guy all the way in the back of the barn all alone. Eli thought he was fun. But he kept plugging his nose to tell us it stunk, and telling us to be quiet b/c he was laying down. so cute.

Do you love the fair E man?!
