Under 100

Just a short post!

Wow. Only 98 days left. That is just insane.



I've been having what I think are Braxton Hicks....they are intense. They dont really hurt...but they don't feel great. My belly gets super super hard, and I feel a lot of pressure. Its weird. But whatever I suppose.
I have my first baby shower this weekend....I'm pretty excited to see what we get! And you know there will be lots of pictures! :) Nicole sent us our first baby shower gift.. (I've gotten lots of little things from mom, and nana and amanda..and others) its the baby lounger. Its the coolest little thing! I just LOVE it!! Thanks Mole!



I am so thankful....for so much.... ::smiles::

p.s. I got to work this morning and witnessed a man probably in his late 50's early 60s, ride a mo-ped up to the liquor store...and stand outside the door to wait for them to open. Thats a sad sad story.

So Saturday I told my mom and Payton that I wanted to go to a Pumpkin Patch. My mother promptly responded with "Taylor, do not plan my Sunday, please." Little did she know....it was already planned..hahaha!

Last year Steph, Corey, Zach and myself went to my first pumpkin patch ever..and I LOVED it...but everyone was busy on Sunday, so I planned my moms day and we went! Dad got done golfing (yes, I said golfing in 50 degree weather, he is unstoppable) so he joined us, and so did Paytons best friend Erin. Morgan had to work....she was angry (as you will see in a minute), but she got over it.
We went to Russell Farms in Noblesville. It was fun. It was very kid friendly....I will definitely take the Little Man there when he is older!! They had a petting zoo with lots of animals, they had a little track where the little ones could race, they had putt putt, a "snack shack" and a neat country store with fun stuff in it to buy!
The patch itself was kinda weak...but we WERE a little late....with only a week to go until Halloween! We took a hayride out to the patch and I picked a pumpkin and Payton and dad picked one out for their house. The driver of our Tractor knew dad (OF COURSE) and, although I didn't figure it out until yesterday, he ended up being Zachs great uncle....small world.

Aerobics Instructor

So I swear this little guy is in my belly conducting an aerobics class. Last night I was in bed and for the entire episode of Greys and some of ER this little guy was going crazy....to the point where I almost got worried. hahaha. I was being my paranoid self asking myself if maybe something was wrong, but really I think he was just telling me he really liked what I cooked for dinner :) teehee. I just laid my hands on my belly and he just was kicking/punching/sticking his butt out/stretching/whatever....it was so awesome. Its the most amazing feeling to have something moving inside of you. . .its indescribable, thats for sure. And to feel it on the outside is so much more cool! haha! I swear I felt him do a complete flip last night....it was crazy! ((Zach hasn't felt him move yet, b/c I'm weird about people feeling my stomach, not a fan...but it was so neat, he definitely is going to have to feel it this weekend!)) But this little guy is finally off of my hip bone for now..he is moving north. I just feel him kick on the sides of my belly button...not in the middle of my belly at all yet...which is weird, but he must be in like a spooning position b/c of the places I feel him kick. Sometimes his kicks are startling...but I love it!! I was reading my "weekly update" thing online and it said that if Little Man was born today he has a great chance of survival with todays technologies. So thats always a good thing! :)

And to give you gross information, but very sad information at that....last night I discovered my first little stretch mark :( its like a little purple veiny thing on the side of my belly. . .and I find this so incredibly depressing. I am a big girl..my skin is already stretched...I shouldn't be getting these damn things, at least not already! grrr!

On a side note, a clueless woman came into the tanning salon today, with her litlte boy, thinking it was 100% acceptable for her to take her 9 week old son into the room with her while she tanned. I was very nice to her, as some people just really don't know how some things work. After explaining to her the reasons that this was so dangerous and illegal at that, she asked me (a complete stranger, i have never met her before) if I could watch her son while she tanned for 15 minutes. I told her yes....praying she wouldn't make this a habit. So, she sat him behind the desk with me and he just sat there in his little car seat and just stared at everything. He was so freaking adorable and the happiest little guy...he just smiled and smiled. So yeah...I got to play with a little baby today for 15 minutes.....but ladies....and gentlemen..please be aware of the risks that having your 9 week old in a room with you while you are tanning in a device that is putting out 3200 watts of ultraviolet rays. Thanks :) Thats your lesson for the day .

SO I hope everyone has a great weekend. I get to see Audra this weekend for the first time in FOREVER...like maybe 6 months...? Can't wait....

Little Man (He knows what his name is...but nope I'm still not telling you!),

Meet your Daddy. He sometimes makes me want to drink a lot.....(of course not while I'm carrying you around.) Sometimes he makes me soo happy I could explode...teehee. But one thing that he never fails is to take silly pictures. We often have to take at LEAST 2 pictures....often more than not 3 or more, before we get a good shot. I hope he takes better pictures with you when you are here, than he does with me.

my.bestest.friend.

So I think that the majority of you know that Steph is my bestest :) I dont know many that have a better friend. We have known each other since forever (I went to elementary school with her cousins, so we were often around each other growing up), maybe 3rd or 4th grade? We continuted to be friends while growing up and finally when I turned 21, I moved into an apartment with her, and we lived together for a year. We have grown closer in that time. We talk on the phone many, many times a day. We have been through sooooo much together..so it would only fit that we would be having babies around the same time(definitely not on purpose. teehee). I could go on about things that we have been through together, but it would only bore you...hahaha.

But the point is...Steph had her first baby shower this past weekend. I wanted to throw her one badly, but 2 things got in the way of that.

1. I am poor, and she knows and respects this very much :)
2. Her aunt and cousin wanted to throw her one! And I'm not stepping on family toes!

It was a really fun time. It was more like a giant get together that included presents! Brian (Stephs brother) got a keg and while most of the boys and little ones were outside, all of the ladies were inside watching Steph open her presents. She got some great gifts, and we had a really fun time. Morgan was in charge of taking pictures...and she didn't get the greatest pictures of Stephanie opening her presents. But here are some!
